Dissemination, communication and exploitation plan.The UTM communication and dissemination strategy has been designed to support communication and to provide a structured framework that will guide the dissemination of information, ideas, and actions related to the Mission. It is an indispensable tool for aligning all communication efforts, from engaging policymakers and urban planners to mobilizing community members and fostering global collaborations.The strategy includes a clear mission statement, identifies target audiences, key messages, communication channels, and foreseen evaluation metrics. Together, these elements help the UTM in crafting a clear and compelling narrative that resonates with the diverse stakeholders engaged, inspiring them to engage with UTM and learn more about its vision of a sustainable, resilient, and inclusive urban future.
