The objective of deliverable D1.3 is to document the support provided to Digital Twin Activities during the first iteration, following the initial needs assessment conducted in Task 1.2. This report will detail the specific actions taken to address the identified support needs, highlight the role of DSO Entity’s expert groups and task forces, and evaluate the effectiveness of the support provided in advancing the development of Digital Twins tailored to the EU electricity grid.
D3.1 Report on the State of Digital Twins for the Electricity Grid Across Europe – First iteration

The first deliverable provides a foundational assessment of the status of Digital Twin adoption across European DSOs. It includes a baseline analysis of DSO capabilities and readiness, highlighting initial gaps and strengths. Based on this analysis, D3.1 outlines an initial set of recommendations focused on achievable, short-term steps to help DSOs begin their Digital Twin journey. The roadmap is complemented by a support framework that offers immediate assistance, such as access to resources, technical webinars, and guidance documents, enabling DSOs to take their first steps toward implementation. D3.1 also presents an action plan for the upcoming year, setting up specific support activities that will guide DSOs in acting on these recommendations.
