It will include the second interim progress report and potential updates on the work progress to enhance workflow, quality assurance, and transparency."

Responsive Ecosystem Toolbox: Guidelines & documentation of curated ecosystem tools - Version 1

This deliverable will encompass a comprehensive set of training materials and guidelines tailored to enhance the interconnectivity among diverse stakeholders in innovation ecosystems. It will include a compilation of tools and resources derived from various EU and global initiatives, specifically adapted to meet the needs of climate tech researchers identified in the earlier phases. Additionally, the document will detail incentivization activities that promote sustainable engagement among researchers, investors, community organizations, and government bodies.

Evaluation and Selection Framework: Report on the Evaluation and the Selected IFs

This deliverable will entail a comprehensive report on the Evaluation and Selection process for the Responsive Ecosystem Fellowship Program based on the applications received in T2.3. It will outline the two-step evaluation procedure, including the initial eligibility check focused on established spin-offs and innovations addressing major sources of global emissions. The document will detail the criteria used for the Expert Review, where Qualified Applicants are assessed based on their solution's maturity, experience, and motivation. Additionally, the deliverable will present the scoring system for applicants, leading to the selection of the top 30 candidates who will be awarded Fellowship Status.

Project Management Handbook and Interim Progress Report (6-month updates) - Version 1

This deliverable will contain the first interim (internal) progress report collecting the input from all partners till month 6 of the project.

Research Valorisation Training: Educational materials (i.e., presentations, links to recorded videos), & report on the training program, agenda and list of attendees - Version 1

This deliverable will consist of the training material of the 25-hour training program focused on the exploitation and commercialization of climate-tech research results, structured in five online modules for 30 Innovator Fellows (IFs) and the template for the Certificate of Completion, acknowledging their IFs readiness to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.

Responsive Innovation Monitoring (RIM): Guidelines & documentation on how to use the REM tool and update - Version 1

This deliverable consists of the Responsive Innovation Monitoring Tool (RIM), an expanded version of the KPI-based Masterplan tool developed as a web-based application tailored specifically for researchers in the climate tech sector. This tool will assist researchers in understanding how their technologies can integrate into the commercial landscape and outline essential steps to advance their innovations toward market readiness.

D&C Plan and Activities: Strategy report and monitoring reports for the communication, outreach and dissemination activities updated on a yearly basis - Verion 2

This deliverable will report updates on the dissemination and communication strategy (D&C Plan) of the project and will detail initiatives to promote open calls for researcher participation across Europe. It will also describe regular communication activities to update stakeholders.

Open Call: Call Documentations and Report on the preparation, launch and results of the Open Call for IFs.

This deliverable will include the results of the Call procedure and refer to the applications submitted via platforms like Sploro or F6S, as well as the dissemination activities performed through the project website, social media, and relevant networks.

This deliverable will report the dissemination and communication strategy (D&C Plan) of the project. It will outline the strategy's key components, including key project marketing messages, target audiences, communication channels, and tailored outreach actions. It will also cover the strategy for a multifaceted marketing approach involving a dedicated website, social media engagement, media releases, newsletters, event participation, etc.

Open Call: Call Documentations and Report on the preparation, launch and results of the Open Call for IFs - Version1

This deliverable contains the open call official docs for publication. The call documentation will consist of an online application form including a declaration of honour, standard clauses about the veracity and originality of the contents, and a statement with the acceptance of the rules of the call. A suitable innovation summit will be identified by THINGS (T3.5) to inform the campaign of the call prior to its publication to incentivize researchers.

Data Management Plan (as required by the rules of HE) - Version 1

This deliverable consists of a comprehensive Data Management Plan (DMP) that outlines the data management strategy supporting the project's activities and operations. It will include an analysis of the main elements of this strategy, ensuring a uniform approach among all project partners regarding the handling of datasets generated throughout the project. The DMP will reference the “Guidelines on FAIR Data Management in H2020” and emphasize the key principles of Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability of data. The DMP is a dynamic document, designed to evolve in response to ongoing inputs and adaptations, reflecting the changing landscape of data management needs and best practices throughout the project's duration and will be updated on M24.
