DYNamise ADvisors through Valuable Interaction for Capacity Building and Engagement

Objective

dynADVICE (DYNamise ADvisors through Valuable Interaction for Capacity building and Engagement) will strengthen and enhance the effectiveness of impartial agricultural advisors in Europe by creating a sustainable, high-value EU-wide network that brokers dynamic learning communities. Advisors are central to Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS), yet fragmentation, uneven standards, and weak integration limit their ability to deliver impartial, evidence-based advice that farmers and society can trust and benefit from. dynADVICE delivers a winning solution combining capacity building, mentoring, multilingual digital tools, and, at its core, cascade funding that directly supports advisors and their networks across all Member States, ensuring inclusive participation and real-world impact.
dynADVICE has a distinctive multi-actor approach connecting 21 partners from 16 countries, including major EU networks & advisory services, giving direct access to 40k advisors. Over half the consortium are impartial advisors ensuring credibility and reach. Networks and brokerage are a priority, with a focus on strengthening existing initiatives rather than duplicating them. Tailored training, mentoring, and collaborative knowledge exchange combined with a user-centred, multilingual platform will enhance knowledge flows and collaboration, complementing on-the-ground networking. Monitoring and evaluation ensure continuous improvement and demonstrable results.
Impacts will be multi-level, supporting CAP and informing EU policymakers with evidence-based recommendations. Across the AKIS: advisors gain competence, confidence, and recognition; advisory managers and organisations benefit from peer learning; AKIS Coordination Bodies integrate results: farmers are supported as both users and innovators. By strengthening advisory services to be impartial, connected, and future-ready, dynADVICE will enhance EU AKIS and accelerate competitive, sustainable and resilient farming.
