Objective
VOICES is a Coordination and Support Action designed to establish a sustainable, inclusive, and impactful support framework for Europe’s fabless semiconductor start-ups, SMEs, and mid-caps. The action directly addresses the strategic need to elevate Europe's position in the global semiconductor value chain by empowering its fabless innovators — companies that design cutting-edge chips but outsource fabrication.
The project brings together key European players — SMEs, innovation hubs, design houses, research institutions, and industry stakeholders — to create a dedicated European Fabless Semiconductor Association that will serve as a permanent, open industry association and coordination platform.
