Revolutionizing Data Privacy and Transparency with the Next-Generation Confidential Computing Platform

Objective

Data is the new digital oil, fuelling innovation and enhancing decision-making. However, its use must respect privacy for citizens, customers, and partners and meet regulatory obligations like GDPR. This demands continuous encryption of sensitive data and restricts sharing, limiting organisations’ data-driven value. Existing solutions have slow and costly consent processes, with 88% of large companies having GDPR compliance costs of >€1M per year. They also struggle to keep data encrypted during storage, transfer, and use, and they lack future-proof cryptographic protocols resilient to quantum threats.
Our breakthrough Partisia Platform combines our deep-tech research results in multi-party computation (MPC) with blockchain to preserve privacy. The true sharding and fast finalization unique to our platform offers unparalleled speed and scalability. For example, biotech companies can now perform R&D on real health data across various data sources at scale (e.g. hospitals, clinics, labs, etc.) without compromising patients’ privacy. Our solution also enables future-proofing security through our cutting-edge MPC-based confidential quantum computing and post-quantum cryptography.
The Partisia Platform will thus disrupt the privacy-preserving computation market, as it now enables organisations to confidently and safely use all their data, including sensitive data. With our technology, customers can leverage high-value data, get a >10x return on investment on their spending (more than triple from existing solutions), and, at the same time, reduce GDPR compliance costs by >30%. Partisia has validated the platform's value-creation performance with several pilot customers in the finance and healthcare sectors.
The EIC Accelerator project allows us to accelerate the commercialisation of the world’s first solution to confidently and safely compute on all data. It will also enable us to achieve annual revenues of €152M and expand our team by 168 people by 2032.
