Objective
The 3R-BioPhosphate Ltd. is a deep tech start up with cutting-edge scientific advances and potential to deliver transformative solutions that is aiming to further develop, scale up and rapidly apply the SMART-ABC invention. This is a breakthrough innovation that introduces a truly innovative dual-engineered carbon-mineral deep-tech platform that is based on the ABC Animal Bone bioChar, which is a bio-based Critical Raw Material (EU-2024/1252). Both the carbonaceous matrix and the hydroxyapatite mineral phase are simultaneously modified, functionally tuned and flexibly adapted for creation of an exceptional and unique adsorbent that fill the market gap in the global water treatment sector. The novel dual-engineered adsorbent is expected to deliver at least 3× higher phosphate and ammonium adsorption capacity, much faster kinetics and over 85 % regeneration efficiency with multiple reuse cycles. The biochar specialized 3R company reached past years excellent scientific and successfully proven demonstrated TRL5 results to develop novel SMART-ABC dual-engineered bone-char platform that will be scale up now into TRL6 industrial pilot demo for translation into market creative practical applications. This TRL6 scale up open revolutionary new ways for improved/sustainable water treatment systems with functionalised closed-loop nutrient recovery and regenerative biofertilizer pathways. The SMART-ABC implement circularity, zero pollution, climate neutrality, energy and raw-material independence. Necessary IPR ensured for freedom to operate and adequate protection of the SMART-ABC invention. The 3R create a unique commercial value from the SMART-ABC emerging technology/product and rapidly develop an attractive business and investment proposition. The ultimate goal is to develop improved business opportunities with outreach to international level and mobilize strategic investments from different sources for the SMART-ABC water treatment processing industrial projects.
