Objective
UASILICA is developing bio-based adsorbents to help agricultural and energy companies do not pay for utilization of waste they have created with plasma technologies. We extract silica and metals from waste with capex 10x lower and opex 30% lower than traditional factories and we can do it where they legally can’t due to emissions, environmental problems.
We will create desiccants like silica gel cat litter, ethylene oxygen and moisture adsorbents in future , now focusing on potassium and sodium liquid glass. Energy -efficient, saving natural resources, decrease co2+nox+sox+co, water gas electricity consumption.
We use a B2B model selling to distributors local, eco-friendly silica gel at 2.50 euro per kilo minimum—price parity with Chinese imports, meeting ESG goals and Franchise of technology with 50-thousand-euro territory license and 5% revenue royalty. Our first ideal customer is B2B packaging company – local ukrainian distributors in building secotrs and importers in Poland and Baltic who used to buy this materials in bulk and that fastest path to get revenue.
We will replicate our factories starting in Ukraine ourselves, then adopt to franchise partners in key markets like Romania, Germany, Spain, and Poland in EU at first, then other parts of the world. Our expansion roadmap is data-driven, waste availability in 100 km, local energy costs, and market demand concentration, ranked by fastest start. Each factory serves local region.
Instead of slow chemical giants our strategy fundamentally different. They use sand mining and hazardous chemicals; we use waste and green chemistry. They build massive, polluting factories; we deploy small, modular, scalable, effective factories. And we can build it where they legally can't.

Net EU financial contribution. The sum of money that the participant receives, deducted by the EU contribution to its linked third party. It considers the distribution of the EU financial contribution between direct beneficiaries of the project and other types of participants, like third-party participants.
