Objective
World's first full-fledged service for evaluating chances in trademark registration and assistance in filing trademark applications.
Pocket IP is developing a multimodal AI engine that speeds up, improves accuracy, and lowers the cost of trademark searches, risk
assessments, and application drafting for SMEs, law firms, and corporates. The project will deliver a tool that combines semantic text
analysis, logo-similarity detection, and rejection-risk prediction using real EUIPO data. By using an energy-efficient European Small
Language Model (SML), the solution aligns with the EU’s Apply AI Strategy, reduces reliance on non-EU AI providers, and lowers
environmental impact. Within 12 months, Pocket IP will validate the system with pilot users in multiple EU countries and prepare for
commercial deployment and future scaling, including entry into the U.S. market.
