PRE-ORDER SuperApp is an innovative AI- and fintech-powered platform designed to transform the European fashion and retail
industry from overproduction to on-demand manufacturing. Today, up to 30-40% of apparel remains unsold, generating more than
€100 billion in losses annually and causing substantial environmental impact. PRE-ORDER introduces a breakthrough solution: a
unified SuperApp ecosystem integrating AI demand forecasting, pre-payment modules, digital product passports, ESG analytics, and
a built-in communication layer for brands, buyers, and manufacturers.
The project will develop and validate a functional MVP (TRL 4-7), implement pilot testing with 20 European SMEs, measure CO2 and waste reduction, and ensure full compliance with GDPR, PSD2, and the EU AI Act. The approach combines agile development, Lean validation.
Building on strong early traction - including two Seeds of Bravery grants and the Seal of Excellence—the project will strengthen investment readiness through a validated business model, ESG-driven value proposition, and financial due-diligence package. By project completion, PRE-ORDER SuperApp will demonstrate operational performance, commercial scalability, and readiness for further acceleration and private investment, enabling its strategic mission to reduce textile overproduction by 20–30% and establish a new EU standard for responsible and data-driven fashion.
