SURE-LEGAL

Objective

"SURE-LEGAL addresses the critical bottleneck in public legal aid systems, specifically within the context of Ukraine, where approximately 740,000 annual citizen requests are currently processed via expensive, manual workflows. The project proposes a technological breakthrough by moving from standard ""black box"" chatbots to a proprietary SWARM multi-agent orchestration system.
In this architecture, specialized AI agents (intent recognition, retrieval, drafting, and risk assessment) collaborate and cross-check outputs to verify accuracy and minimize hallucinations. This system is anchored by a Legal Knowledge Graph (LKG), which ensures all generative AI responses are grounded in verifiable national legislation and hierarchy rather than probabilistic data.
Built upon Obriy AI’s existing commercial platform, this 18-month project aims to advance the solution from TRL 4 to TRL 7 through a validated pilot deployment with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The objective is to automate 80% of repetitive standard queries, ensuring massive efficiency gains and compliance with ""High-Risk"" AI safety standards under the EU AI Act"
