Objective
EUROGAME VENTURES ALLIANCE (EGVA) is a pan-European coordination and support initiative that bridges emerging and leading innovation areas to boost cross-border gaming and gametech investment capability. Europe is a global leader in gaming creativity and market size, but investment activity is concentrated in a few strong innovator countries, leaving many high-potential studios in emerging regions underfunded and unconnected to international investors and publishers.
EGVA addresses this structural imbalance by forming a structured, evidence-based, investment-oriented alliance that links emerging gaming ecosystems like Türkiye, the Balkans, and Central & Eastern Europe with innovation leaders like the Nordics, DACH, and Benelux. The project will map the European gaming investment environment, establish a focused investment-readiness pipeline for game studios, and activate two cross-border investment corridors for syndication, transaction flow, and co-investment over 24 months.
Through specialized clinics, KPI and data-room standardization, and pitch and publication preparedness, the action will help over 100 gaming developers become investment-ready. EGVA will personally contact over 150 investors and publishers, resulting in 30 Letters of Intent, 8 completed investment arrangements, and €10 million private investment leverage.
In parallel, EGVA will create a European Regulatory and Publishing Playbook to address PEGI, GDPR, intellectual property, and platform compliance issues, boosting regulatory convergence and investor trust across regions. Significant dissemination and policy outreach, including EU-level displays and conversations, will guarantee widespread adoption.
EGVA will strengthen emerging innovation regions, diversify Europe's gaming investment pipeline, and make the European gaming economy more inclusive, competitive, and resilient by combining investment readiness, cross-border syndication, and regulatory alignment in a sustainable alliance model.
