EQTC 2026 in Dublin, Ireland

Objective

This is a CSA proposal to coordinate and organise EQTC 2026 in Dublin (November 30 to December 3) as a part of Ireland's Presidency of the EU in H2 2026. The Irish Centre for High-End Computing (ICHEC) at the University of Galway has been working with the Irish Ministry for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (D/FHERIS), the European Commission and the Quantum Flagship representatives to organise EQTC 2026 in Dublin. This proposal outlines the overall methodology, objectives, targeted impacts and workplan for this effort. ICHEC-GALW has also engaged services of a sub-contractor to work as the Professional Conference Organisation.
