Objective
COSMOS has three objectives:
1) Operationalise the concept of sustainable mobility in the transport sector;
2) Do an integrated assessment of the elements in the CTP and other policy measures;
3) Create cost-effective policy packages for reducing transport's contribution to CO2 emissions.
