Objective
The objective of the proposal is to
i) increase the networking between the centre and 19 universities whose representatives participate in the International Advisory Board
ii) capacity building through attracting PhD students extension of the scope of the research carried out at the centre by extending the current research areas and opening new ones
iii) intensification of the cooperation with industry
iv) increase linkage with the local government authorities in the area of defining local energy policy.
v) enhancing the participation of the centre in following areas of the Vth FP: Growth, QoL
