Final Activity Report Summary - ICR-FTMS (Ion cyclotron resonance Fourier transform mass spectrometry)
During the duration of this Marie Curie Action (MCA) project the 14 scientific papers in peer reviewed journals were already published or had been submitted. Furthermore, one book chapter was written, 35 posters were presented at conferences and 13 talks, including plenary lectures, were delivered.
All the generated results had a common denominator. The Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry was used as a common analytical tool for solving different structural problems. The transfer of knowledge in this field was delivered from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom and the Massey University, New Zealand, to the Institute of Microbiology, Czech Republic.
