Forum for European Structural Proteomics

Objective

The main goal of the project is to perform a thorough assessment of the existing Structural Genomics and Structural Proteomics projects at the national, EC and worldwide levels. This will include the assessment of the existing infrastructures in Europe relevant to SG and SP, and their comparison with those active in the rest of the world. Finally the requirements in terms of thematic areas and infrastructures, especially of new EC members, will be evaluated. This SSA will result in staged publications, a complete register of the Structural Genomics and Structural Proteomics projects worldwide and a 'position paper? on strategic plans for a European policy in the area of Structural Genomics and Proteomics.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
