Deliverables
The monitoring software will be more robust by detecting all kinds of False Positives (snow, rain, leaves, people, animals). A broader range of insects can be discriminated, both pest insects as well as beneficiary insects. This allows the user to obtain insights in the dynamics of several insect populations.
Make the Basesation more user friendly (opens in new window)At this point the Basestation design will have been improved in terms of ease of use and installation for the customer. It will allow the user to place the system in challenging conditions (indoor and outdoor) without the need to take special measures when the user is doing specific activities such as spraying water or cleaning. The system will also be more easy to mount and will be more flexible with the power situation.
