The constantly rising demands being made by the market on the transport companies were the starting point for this project. Speed of delivery, quality, and the necessity to have constant access to all information are very important points in this area.
TRANS 2000 is a pilot project concerning the optimisation of business processes in the transport area. The results of the project include the optimisation and reorganisation of the following business processes: Organisation, Customer communication and Business communication. The project results are of interest to all small- and medium sized companies.
