Objective The objective of the project is to adopt the advanced PIM technology to the micro-actuator field and realize the mass production and high precision of piezoelectric micro-actuators for micro-mobile platforms. The research content of the proposal is an inter-discipline in which materials science, mechanical engineering and micro-fabrication are involved. The training of this fellowship will have an indispensable chance to enlarge my research area and of course my ability to facing new challenge since my past experience is mainly focused on materials science and engineering.
