Resultados aprovechables
In the framework of this project, various different methods for the reorganisation of company structures were combined. With the help of company modelling, simulation and process cost calculation, it was shown that a combination of these methods could help carry out successful and efficient reorganization projects. Numerous tools in the area of reengineering have been developed and sold in the past. The REALMS process is different because it attempts to support the complete process of reorganization using the named individual methods. As a result it is targeted mainly at consultancy firms and company internal planning departments. Due to the combination of the company modelling, simulation and the process cost calculation, an efficient method has been developed and implemented, considering especially in this regard the decision-making structures. As a result of the combination of the various approaches, the benefits/advantages of each of the individual processes are available in this newly developed method.
