Deliverables
The European Foundry Module offers turn-key solutions for design centres willing to prototype or manufacture MEMS devices at the European Foundries that are part of the TALENT consortium, including in house design centres. The product contains a design kit for each open process with MEMS specific features, developed or enhanced within TALENT (non-Manhattan shapes generators, 3D solid modeller, wafer level layout tool) in addition to classical EDA features.
Three Foundry Modules are provided:
-AMS/CMP 3.10 Foundry Module.
-BOSCH PSB Foundry Module.
-SensoNor E Foundry Module.
Each Foundry Module contains:
-Technology file.
-DRC file.
-Cross Section and 3D solid modeller tools configured to the process.
-Layout tool extended to Non-Manhattan shapes.
-Library of layout device generators.
-Library of behavioural models.
BOSCH PSB Foundry Module also contains a Wafer Level Layout Tool. SensoNor DIP14 package characterized within TALENT, can be included in system simulation for Pressure Sensors.
