The mobile researcher as client in Germany: Establishing a client's route through the various steps of organizing a research stay (CLIENTROUTE GERMANY)

Objective

Clientroute-Germany intends to create a situation in which a mobile researcher dealing with Germany and Europe is treated like a client whom one does not want to lose. This means striving for a situation in which mobile researchers - incoming, outgoing, returning - can easily orient themselves on the crucial steps to be taken and on the issues to know when organizing a research stay in another country. They are directed to contacts in Germany and Europe that are prepared and capable of assisting them. The project amounts to establishing a "client's route" - by structuring and creating comprehensive information on all aspects involved in a research stay and making it available through an internet portal, a hotline, workshops and marketing tools.
