Objective
It is supposed to establish network of information, consultation, training and exchange by principal
ideas and plans of scientific and technical works, which will allow:
" provide wide involvement of scientific potential of Central Asia countries in European scientific and
technical development through FP-6 program;
" promote linkage of prior interests of scientific collectives of European Union countries with interests
of Central-Asian scientific and technical groups and support implementation of joint projects:
o Environmental protection
o Adjusting the system of industrial production and communication
o Health safety
" disseminate results, methods, and innovations of European Union in practice of Central-Asian
countries;
inform European scientific network about potential and progress of scientists and collectives of Central-
Asian countries and their interests and demand for partnership, development of science and innovations
with account for available initiatives.
