Objective
SEIRC helps local SMEs and R&D Centres based in Andalusia, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla to access a successful innovation, providing them transnational TT services based on the IRC Network. Main objetives: 1, Trans-national Technology Transfer: Facilitate trans-national TT process amongst local clients and European counterparts, via the IRC Network operation. 2, Exploitation of RDT Results: Dissemination of Community Research by CORDIS services, with special attention to CRAFT , EUREKA! and E SA results. 3, Knowledge Base on Regional Technology: Achieve in-depth knowledge of sectorial technology needs & capabilities of the regional industry, to reach an " innovation matrix " showing a cross-linked range of relevant technologies & indu strial sectors. Map for outline TTT operations. 4, Role of the IRC in the regions: Consolidate and boosting the IRC image through the integration within regional structures. 5, Fostering of the "Innovation Culture "; spread the IMTs amongts SME's manager s, promoting the "innovation oriented" style-of-management. The strrategy is based on three engaged scenarios : Market (clients), Technology (IRC Network, resource & tools), and Funding (financial schemes). Innovative services based on the tradition al working way (awareness, contac and advisory) will be supplied to achieve Inward/Outward Technology Transfer. These innovative services will count as a common platform the Multi-task & Multi-Users (MT&MU) system plus a set tools for Opportunitie s management (GEOP), Inventory of Andalusian/Canarian Technological Resources (IRTA), iNNOVATION mATRIX (MASTRIX), Technology Strategy System (SET) and the website. Cooperation with the Andalusian and Canarian networks related to RTD and Innovation: Andal usian Network of Technology Agents (RAITEC); Andalusian Network of Research Results Transference. SEIRC will last 4 years and realised by 3 Andalusian partners and 1 from Canary Islands.
