Objective
We want to propose to our clients tailor-made services, so we shall adapt our actions to our market segmentation (see WP1). We shall propose high quality added-value services in order to get long term users of IRC services. We shall capitalise the positi ve results of our pilot action "Being successful with TTT in Europe" (see WP1) in which 8 companies are implementing a TTT agreement with the technical support of a private consultant and an IRC consultant, the financial support of Anvar, and the collabo ration of the IRC network. We intend to intensify the strategic and operational collaboration with regional innovation actors such as the technological diffusion network-RDT-, the National Contact Points network, the French Eurêka team, the EIC, the BI C, ESA to get a strategic position in the FP6 for companies willing to transfer, integrate and promote their RTD results and technologies. We plan to organise selected brokerage events corresponding to our SMEs needs. We want to improve the organisation process in order to get high quality technology offers and requests, pre-validated one-to-one meetings and a better participation of companies during the event. So we could improve the rate TTT agreements/number of meetings. We want to continue impleme nting SMEs missions (see WP2) which are one of our best way to get TTT agreements. These missions will take place in Paris or abroad with the close and strong collaboration of 1 to 5 other IRCs, and with a panel of 10 to 15 regional companies and laborat ories. We keep in mind the very necessary and fruitful collaboration with the IRC network and the Central Unit (see WP3) with which we shall transfer and exchange our know-how and tools through the thematic groups, the brokerage events, the company miss ions, and bilateral projects.
