Deliverables

Awareness campaign (opens in new window)

we plan to use all communication devices. For example, online web sites, media, billboards, brochures, posters etc. Moreover, to announce the event to all audiences locally and nationally, we plan to contact with government organizations, such as municipalities, directorates of national ministry of education, and universities.

Impact assessment (opens in new window)

Impact assessment will necessarily be done on the day of the event and ending after the event. This package involves both the collection of data about the impact of the events and the analyses of the collected data. The two different questionnaires for both years will be formed by Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Education and will address different age groups such as elementary and middle school students, high school students, university students and adults.

Management (opens in new window)

Management is coordinated by an executive committee and implemented by WP4 leaders and the team. Management involves all means of contacts, meetings, planning, invitations, and the coordination of the day. The work plan is explicated below under the title of management.

Activities during the night (opens in new window)

(including preparatory activities); we try to organize the event in collaboration with multiple universities, science centres, non-governmental organizations, charities, conservatories, and youth centres. By means of collaborations we try to bring as many and as diverse activities as possible to the interest of public in large.
