U-TURN Platform Testing Report Second Version

This is the Second Version of D4.3. See above.

Pilot Preparation Guide

This report will describe all the necessary activities prior to pilot implementation. The latter include the identification of pilot scenarios, the infrastructure preparation and installation, the platform configuration as well as the resource allocation plan.

Simulation Experiments and Impact Assessment Report Second Version

This is the Second Version of D3.3. See above.

New Business Models and Practical Guidelines Second Version

This is the Second Version of D5.3. See above.

U-TURN Platform Testing Report First Version

This deliverable describes the U-TURN software testing cases and test results.

Current Transport Practices & Needs Second Version

This is the Second Version of D1.1. See above.

Simulation Experiments and Impact Assessment Report First Version

Based on the simulation tools that will be developed, this section will document the experimental design to take place in order to assess the impact of U-TURN. The deliverable will also include the results from the simulation experiments and the impact assessment based on these results.

Pilots Overall Assessment

This report will present all the results obtained from the three pilot tests. As already mentioned during the tests various data will be collected (e.g. transportation cost, trip duration, CO2 emissions, etc.) in order to calculate a series of KPIs. The latter in order to assess the sustainability of transport pooling strategies in city logistics environment. Finally, the results of the collaboration platform efficiency (in terms of usability, information quality, and market added-value) will be presented.

Use Case Model, Services and KPIs Definition Second Version

This is the Second Version of D1.3. See above.

New Business Models and Practical Guidelines First Version

This report will present a set of practical guidelines that will support organisations to plan and implement collaborative transport operations in urban areas.

Dissemination Plan

This deliverable specifies the dissemination activities planned to be completed throughout the project lifespan.

Use Case Model, Services and KPIs Definition First Version

This deliverable transforms the afore-captured users’ requirements to detailed specifications of the U-TURN services in the form of Use Cases. It also provides the alternative collaborative transport scenarios (To-Be freight transport processes). Finally, it defines the economic, environmental and social KPIs for the assessment of the logistics sharing scenarios proposed by U-TURN platform.

Current Transport Practices & Needs First Version

This deliverable presents the state-of-the-art transport practices (including logistics resource sharing) in the urban context. In addition, it presents the results of an industry survey with participants EU transport stakeholders of the retail sector that collects their transport practices, obstacles and needs. The content of D1.1 inspires the U-TURN platform offered services specified in D1.3.

Assessment of Matching Opportunities

This deliverable presents the assessment results of the proposed ‘stable’ collaborative logistics matches and transportation plans based on actual market data and the view of potential collaborating users.

Data Management Plan

Includes the status of the project’s reflection on data management.

U-TURN Platform Architecture & Design Document Second Version

This is the Second Version of D4.1. See above.

U-TURN Platform Architecture & Design Document First Version

This deliverable describes the U-TURN architecture and high level design.

Economic Comparative Assessment Report First Version

This deliverable presents the results of the economic assessment of the alternative collaborative scenarios in terms of their benefits and costs (service time savings, transport cost, labour cost, trucks utilization, CO2e emissions etc.). It also includes their net present value and the total return on investment. It concludes with the results of the sensitivity analysis that present the impact of the different values of benefits/ costs on the total return on investment per logistics sharing strategy. The specific deliverable will also include a report.

Economic Comparative Assessment Report Second Version

This is the Second Version of D2.1. See above.

Dissemination and Exploitation Activities Report

This deliverable includes a report of all the dissemination and exploitation activities and respective dissemination material.

Project Website

This deliverable presents the project website, which will be the main project’s means to communicate and disseminate the U-TURN activities and results to a wide, external, audience. This deliverable is a living document and will be continuously updated during the project lifespan.
