Validation report on NMR

The results of experiments using the NMR sensor for case 1 (INVITE) and subtask 1.2.3 (BASF) are summarised to a final validation report.

General approach to analyse and control complex mixing processes

A control concept will be developed for the formulation of complex fluids taking into account the performance of the novel sensors developed in WP 1 and of other advanced PAT equipment. - Public version of D2.5

Report on sensor failure detection

In this report the activities and results of task 3.1 are documented.

Report on benchmarking and impact assessment

The deliverable will report about the benchmarking and impact assessment activities presenting the potential impact and market opportunities of the different components developed in the project (sensors, control strategy and engineering support) at EU level.

Final report on validation efforts and main results

This deliverable will give a publishable summary of the main achievements, which can be shared in public interest.

Progress on exploitation and dissemination, Second Period

This report will provide an update of D5.4. It will be prepared by inno, while INVITE will contribute with the public summary of exploitation activities.

Methodology for economic evaluation of PAT based control

In this report the activities and results of task 3.2 are documented.

Model and control concept for an intensified pre-reactor for the production of high-viscous polymer

The deliverable will describe the model and the control concept for a structured tubular reactor for the production of water-soluble polymers with fast kinetics and rapidly increasing viscosity. Special attention will be devoted to avoiding blocking or damaging of the reactor by a too quick rise of the viscosity.

Progress on exploitation and dissemination, First Period

This report will describe all communication and networking activities undergone during preceding period. The report will cover the standard communications activities, the scientific publications and dissemination and exploitation opportunities, the activities of the CAB and the networking with other relevant initiatives. It will include an estimate of achieved impact and correction to the communication plan will be proposed for implementation for the next period. It will be prepared by inno, while INVITE will contribute with the public summary of exploitation activities.

General approach for PAT-based performance monitoring

In this report the activities and results of task 3.3 are documented.

CONSENS communication strategy and communication tools

The communication strategic plan for the project will contain a description of planned activities set up using the 6W approach. A graphical branding will be defined for the project and applied to project templates and marketing materials. An initial set of communication materials (flyers, posters, banner, and kakemono) will be produced.

Report on the results of exploiting the knowledge base

The deliverable will report about the developed results of the knowledge based expert system, the Balance Score card and about the potential for exploiting the knowledge to related product classes and the chemical industry.

Procedure for PAT sensor requirements specification

Together with the users (BTS, P&G, INV, BASF, COAT) and the sensor providers (TNO, KROH, BAM) the procedure for specifying sensor requirements will be presented. The procedure will be applicable to both sensor development within the project and beyond.

CONSENS web site

The initial version of the web site will be opened M3 on-line, the full version of the project web site will be available M6 and then will be regularly maintained.
