Résumé du contexte et des objectifs généraux du projet

The overall objective of the action is to enhance management capacity of SMEs with significant innovation activities and a high potential fo internationalisation.
The Key Account Management services are provided to beneficiaries of the SME Instrument of Horizon 2020.
The "Enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs" service is given to enterprises with high potential for innovation and internationalisation.
Im order to contribute to the growth of the EU by increasing the efectiveness and efficency of investments in research, development of innovations as well as by contributing to a more efficient connection of actors along the innovation chains, the planed services will be provided.

Beneficiaries of the SME Insttrument are accopmanied through the project phases 1 and 2 to help identify weaknesses in the innovation capacities that hinder the realisation of growth and therefore limit the development of the full comersial potential.

The "Enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs" service aims on increasing the effectiveness of innovation processes in small and medium sized enterprises that e.g. could potentially become beneficiaries of European support for research and innovation. With the help of a assesment of their innovation management a need-gap analysis will help to create a suiting action plan.

In 2014 there were no beneficaries for the SME Instrument in the federal state of Bremen.
The services where thefefore provided to enterprises with significant potential for innovation and internationalisation.
The actions have met the different objectives of the call. The actions helped to initiate the use of a bigger range of the given potential within the beneficiary companies’.
The chosen methods have shown to be widely accepted as they demand a close cooperation between the beneficiaries and the innovation management experts and therefore are very transparent.
The actions have been linkable to advantages for the beneficiaries e.g. in the signing of cooperation contracts for newly developed services, products or granted national funding.

Progrès au-delà de l’état des connaissances et impact potentiel prévu (y compris l’impact socio-économique et les conséquences sociétales plus larges du projet jusqu’à présent)

The services are expected to influence the innovation management in the significant fields of business operation for the companies'.
Aim for the final results is to help initiating growth with the implementation of tailor made action plans. The different ways of growth are individuall and are directly liniked to the companies' goals in long and short terms.
Measurable impacts so far have ranged form identifying new market oppertunites and finding cooperation partners for research tasks up to the application for national fundings.
