Periodic Reporting for period 1 - N-SUPP_INNO (Support for Enhancing Innovation Management in SME and Key Account Managementin Niedersachsen) Reporting period: 2014-05-01 to 2014-12-31 Summary of the context and overall objectives of the project For WP 1 NBank has carried out 8 Enhancement Actions and started 2 more (Plan was 10 Actions). LUH carried out 1 Enhancement Actions (Plan 1) and HSOS carried out 2 Enhancement actions (Plan 2)For WP 2 NBank was responsible to carry out Support for SME instrument beneficiaries as so called Key Account Management (KAM). As foreseen in the work plan there were 2 SME instrument beneficiaries in Lower Saxony. Both companies were supported with KAM service. These services were not finalised because, the contracts of SME instrument beneficiaries have been started too late in 2014. Services will be finalised in 2015. Work performed from the beginning of the project to the end of the period covered by the report and main results achieved so far The clients were served by partners mostly like expected. 11 of 14 expected Enhancement activities were finalised. 2 action will be finalised in 2015.The KAM-activities are fully related to the outcomes of SME instrument proposals. Within the duration of this contract, the forseen number of two beneficiaries were granted in Niedersachsen. Both were supported as needed in the duration of the contract. Progress beyond the state of the art and expected potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider societal implications of the project so far) It is expected that SMEs served by Enhancement actions will strengthen there innovation manangement capacity and therewith have gain an impact on their production; R&D and finaly there Growth in Jobs and turnover.
