TWIST exit strategy and financial resources leverage

A mid and long term operations sustainability report will include: 1) a business plan 2) an econimic and financial plan analysing both public and private resources; 3) a dissemination and marketing plan.

Mid Term Dissemination Report

Starting from the elements defioned in the initial Dissemination plan, the Mid Term Dissemination plan will: - report the results of the implemented actions; - verify the qualitative indicators; - describe critical bottlenecks; - identify corrective actions.

Report of local TWIST launch events

The objective of this workpackage is to aggregate the TWIST community of ecosystem stakeholders. The community will have the opportunity to consider, discuss, propose and contribute to the definition, structure and optimal organizationm and future needs of the startup ecosystems In order to achieve this objective, in the first two months of the project, each ecosystem will organize a local event with the purpose of: - presenting TWIST DIGITAL and future activities; - definingTWIST platform functionalities and on line services; - involving coaches and mentors; - understanding startups need and wishes. The report will include all the experiences of each local events and inputs of stakeholders. Sviluppo Lazio,as workpackage leader, in cooperation with LUISS ENLABS, Euratechnologies, Seedcap e Metapolska will elaborate a feasibility study for the implementation of the TWIST Platform.

Dissemination Plan

Developing a dissemination plan is a key part of the collaborative activity of the TWIST and can help TWIST team to focus the key objectives and identify key audiences in all the phases of the project. The Dissemination plan will provide an effective list of the key elements that will be considered durin the whole duration of the project. This initial identification of key elements offers a good overview of some of the most critical things that should be considered and will be revised according to the merging needs of the project: 1) Dissemination goals; 2) target audience; 3) Key message; 4) Dissemination activities, tools, timing, and responsibilities; 5) Quality Indicators; 6) budget.

Co-living exchange programs report

Twenty web startups will be selected to participate to the TWIST exchange program. Each ecosystem will launch an open call to host one/two startups coming from the TWIST ecosystem. The startups involved into the exchange program will have the opportunity to participate to the Challange of the ecosystem and will have the chance of working and living in a a different but complementary context. This deliverable will report: 1) 4 TWIST exchange program open calls; 2) list, contact details and short description of webstartups applying to each call; 3) selection methodology; 4) Ranking of web startups; 5) feedback and results of the exchange program.

TWIST mentors and vertical experts catalogue

Starting from the Mentorship program defined by the deliverable 3.1., the consortium will identify the mentors and vertical experts to be involved in the workpackage 4. Experts and mentors could be either part of the ecosystem or identified according to their unique experties and competencies The deliverable 3.2 will report profiles of selected mentors and their releted competences and skills

TWIST Mentorship program

In this workpackage, each TWIST ecosystem will define the mentorship program dedicated to startups that have closed their accelerator period and that need specific competences and mentorship to bring their business idea to the market. In this respect, different instruments will be implemented to identify the technical and business startups needs and codifying the mentorship programs according to the sectors and business . Through focus groups, interviews and where necessary meetings, this deliverable will report plans of action to support startups. This deliverable is linked and integrated by the deliverable 3.2

Global Entrepreneurship Congress report

The Global Entrepreneurship Congress is an inter-disciplinary gathering of startup champions from around the world-where entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, thought leaders and policymakers work together to help bring ideas to life and build entrepreneurial ecosystems. Roughly 2,000 people from all parts of the ecosystem in 140 countries meet and share ideas and initiatives to help new firms start and scale. Since its beginning in 2009, the Global Entrepreneurship Congress has been hosted by the most promising countries promoting the culture and the importance of supporting the startup ecosystem. In 2015 the Global Entrepreneurship Congress will be held in Milan and will offer the opportunity to organize a parallel workshop on startup ecosystem and to launch both TWIST project and TWIST platform. The report on the Global Entrepreneuship Congress will report a detailed description of the Conference contents and results.

Final Dissemination report

"This deliverable will report the final results of the dissemination activity during the whole duration of the project with particular attention to the lesson learnt and successful methodology implemented. The final dissemination plan will represent also the starting point for the communication and marketing plan included in the del. 4.5 ""Exit Strategy"" "

TWIST Platform fine-tuning

During the development of the activities related to the Workpackage 4, Web startups selected to participate to the entire program will be invited to provide feedbacks on functionalities and suggestions on how to improve on line services. A second versionof the platform will be released at month 18.

TWIST Platform Set up

An appropriate system is considered important both for the planned activities of the project and for a regular communication of initiatives and results: in the TWIST case, the platform is interrelated with the development and the success of the project facilitating the empowerment of the community and supporting in the process from the business idea to the market. Starting from the feedback of local stakeholders invited during the local events, The objective of the platform is to build a multidisciplinary and cross sectorial community to link TWIST ecosystems, share information, experience, knowledge and actions, catalyze attention of relevant European stakeholders. The first running platform will be set up and launched suring the international event Global entrepreneurship Congress that will be held in Milan in March 2015.

TWIST Platform Final release

The final version of the TWIST Platform will be released at month 24.

Vertical experts meetups sessions report 1

"The mentorship programs defined in the first six months will be translated in regular meetups between startups and vertical experts. Every month each ecosystem will select a vertical expert and host a dedicated session on specific topics. As a result, starting from month 7, a total numer of 16 meetups will be organized throughout the duration of TWIST project. Where possible, direct contacts between vertical experts and ecosystem startups will be privileged but, in presence of very techncial or specific session, long distance webinars will assure the success of this task. The startups of the other ecosystems will have the possibility to participate through webinars hosted by local accelerators. theregular meetups will also offer the startups with a unique opportunity to meet other startups, measure their results, improve their knowledge and define corrective actions.
