Technical and Business Evaluation Report

This task includes the activities of evaluation of the results from the demonstrator’s execution and the analysis of scalability and resilience of distributed software, with the objective to refine the software prototypes. The evaluation will include also the analysis of results from the usability tests and a business evaluation of the more relevant features supporting the commercial exploitation.

Demonstrator System Model v.1.0

In this deliverable it will be defined a fragment of the concrete applicative scenario that is suitable for demonstration and evaluation, covering: - An overall end-to-end demonstration scenario, where variables such as number of ECU, heterogeneity and complex updating procedures (i.e. multiple nodes) will be evaluated to properly address scalability and resilience KPIs. - the set of MM ECUs considered by the demonstrator  -a set of variants of the software for each ECU together with the cross-ECUs dependencies,  -the relevant data that must be collected from the ECUs,  -an evolution of the ECUs’ software and data that must be collected. One of the ECUs will be a TCU that will play the role of gateway between the cloud and the vehicle. Within the scope of demonstrator, TCUs will be used as physical equivalents of other vehicle ECUs.

The plan will include a description of the communication activities to be developed, including blog posts, popular media articles, and conferences/seminars.
