Meetings with procurement agencies

WP2.3 Follow-up 1:1 meetings with Procurer's who have expressed interest but want more detailed information. Envisage that Ambulance Services will need a short meeting with their Procurement Arms.

Healthcare Service Provider Engagement (new models of care)

WP4.2 Describe the benefits of the New Models of Care to Healthcare Commissioners and other influential partners such as specialist centres to gain their engagement & support for future PCP.

Management of programme risk and issues registers

WP1.4 Establishment of Risks & Issues Register, maintaining current & ensuring mitigation actions are planned & enacted

Baseline data gathering of current situation, costs, outcomes

WP3.2 Verify the outline Business Case work previously conducted by HHCD. Each National Partner to use the process model created in 3.1 to verify cost baselines and case volumes, so validating baseline situation in each partner region to assist the Business Case for their participation in future PCP.

Evaluation Methodology Specification

WP5.4 Develop the means by which the New Models of Care Delivery will be evaluated, to a sufficient outline description that Suppliers responding to the possible future PCP will understand and accomodate the proposed testing methods.

Gantt Chart & activities

WP6.1 Develop and populate the framework for planning, monitoring and reporting on the possible future PCP, such that all consortium members, partners, associates and potential Suppliers understand and have visibility of the intended way forward.

WP4.1 Describe the changes to vehicle, equipment and staff competencies which are rquired to deliver New Models of Care to potential Suppliers to gauge techno-economic feasibility AND levels of interest to develop or provide same. Utilise project website, direct mailing and open consultation events to achieve this.

WP2.1 Determine methodology to engage Procurers into the possible future PCP, determine common messaging, align with exhibitions & events. Includes project website with 'Procurers' section.
