Requirements Analysis and Design of the Data Marketplace Portal

D3.1 Requirements Analysis and Design of the Data Marketplace Portal (M5, Lead: SDATI, Contributors: SINTEF, ONTO) This deliverable will collect the requirements for the portal hosting the marketplace, together with the analytics tasks to be developed as part of the portal, specifically tailored for property-related data.

D5.2: Exploitation and Dissemination Strategy (M6, Lead: TRAGSA, Contributors: ALL) Will include the initial outputs of Task 5.2, including impact metrics and open source and engagement strategies for the project.

Data Collection, Data Quality, Ontologies and Vocabularies

D1.1 Data Collection, Data Quality, Ontologies and Vocabularies (M12, Lead: ISTAT, Contributors: SINTEF, CERVED, EVERY, TRAGSA, SBYGG) This report will collect the requirements for (1) data collection from the data providers, (2) the business rules that will be implemented to ensure data quality, and (3) analysis and preparation of relevant ontologies and vocabularies from INSPIRE and ISA. This deliverable will include also the Data Management Plan.

Requirements Analysis, Design and API Specification for the proDataMarket Platform

D2.1 Requirements Analysis, Design and API Specification for the proDataMarket Platform (M4, Lead: SINTEF, Contributors: ONTO, SDATI) Based on analysis of the datasets provided by the data providers of the consortium, this deliverable collect the requirements for: (1) data workflows and methodology; (2) the data transformation, cleanup interlinking and enrichment processes that will deliver Linked Data from the various legacy data sources; and (3) the Linked Data publication and consumption infrastructure of the proDataMarket platform; (4) operational services for platform. In addition to the requirements collection, the deliverable will provide initial design and architecture recommendations, together with first drafts of various APIs which will be exposed to WP3 internally, as well as to and the data publishers and data consumers of the platform. This deliverable is the basis for deliverables D2.2 – D2.4.
