CloudTeams Final Evaluation, Methodology and Adoption Guidelines (opens in new window)Documentation of the overall Release 3.00 of the platform and lessons learnt from the CloudTeams project, constituting methodological adoption guidelines for the utilisation of the CloudTeams platform for collaborative software engineering scenarios.
Regulatory Framework for Data Protection and Ethical Issues (opens in new window)This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Task 1.3. The report, which will be compiled in collaboration with the Ethics Advisory Group, will contain a legal evaluation and assessment of the CloudTeams technologies as well as the integrated systems, assessing to what extent the legal requirements have been taken into account. Special focus will be given in the methodologies and policies for data protection and privacy. The shortcomings of the existing legal framework as well as the policies supported by the different systems will be identified and specific recommendations on modifications will be drafted. In addition, this deliverable will provide input to the use cases and the architecture and specification task.
Exploitation, Dissemination, Communication and Standardisation Report Y2 (opens in new window)This deliverable will report on all activities performed during the 1st year of the project Moreover this deliverable will also update the Data management Plan D53 of the project
Exploitation, Dissemination, Communication and Standardisation Report Y1 and Plan Y2 (opens in new window)This deliverable will provide a detailed plan for all exploitation, dissemination, standardisation and communication activities that will be scheduled for the 2nd year of the project while it will also report on all activities performed during the 1st year of the project. Moreover, this deliverable will also update the Data management Plan (D5.3) of the project.

Updated CloudTeams Concept Definition, Data Protection Framework and Lessons Learned (opens in new window)After the second phase of the work package, D1.4 will include input from all the tasks to generate an updated version of the CloudTeams concept, a revised version of the ethics framework and new usage scenarios.
This deliverable will consist of a low fidelity functional mockup version of the platform that will be delivered for early assessment by the end users
CloudTeams Collaboration Platform - Release 4.00 - Final Solution (opens in new window)This deliverable will include the final, fully functional high-fidelity implementation of the CloudTeams platform, which will offer all available features and will be market-ready following a set of extra tests.
CloudTeams Collaboration Platform - Release 2.00 (opens in new window)This deliverable will consist of a software package of a core platform and its API with corresponding supporting documentation on the deployment of each component and usage of the API This deliverable includes a partially functional high fidelity software prototype for all roles of users of the MVP connected to a deployed version of platform The initial interface includes the basic UIUX for the developers and users of the platform
CloudTeams Collaboration Platform - Release 3.00 (opens in new window)This deliverable will be the 3rd release of the platform and will improve the services and functions to be offered by Release 2.00.
This deliverable will provide the Website of the project and will set up all needed Wen 2.0 and social media channels that will be used during the project for communication.
