This deliverable is the second version of the architecture and will be essentially an update of D2.2.
This deliverable is the second version of the methodology and will be essentially an update of D2.1.
Documentation of the overall Release 3.00 of the platform and lessons learnt from the CloudTeams project, constituting methodological adoption guidelines for the utilisation of the CloudTeams platform for collaborative software engineering scenarios.
This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Task 1.3. The report, which will be compiled in collaboration with the Ethics Advisory Group, will contain a legal evaluation and assessment of the CloudTeams technologies as well as the integrated systems, assessing to what extent the legal requirements have been taken into account. Special focus will be given in the methodologies and policies for data protection and privacy. The shortcomings of the existing legal framework as well as the policies supported by the different systems will be identified and specific recommendations on modifications will be drafted. In addition, this deliverable will provide input to the use cases and the architecture and specification task.
This deliverable will report on all activities performed during the 1st year of the project. Moreover, this deliverable will also update the Data management Plan (D5.3) of the project.
This deliverable will provide a detailed plan for all exploitation, dissemination, standardisation and communication activities that will be scheduled for the 2nd year of the project while it will also report on all activities performed during the 1st year of the project. Moreover, this deliverable will also update the Data management Plan (D5.3) of the project.
This deliverable will be the direct outcome of T2.1 and will contain the integrated methodology that will drive the usage of the CloudTeams platform.
Final publishable summary report, report on wider societal implications incl. ethics, gender, awareness spreading, plan for the use and dissemination of foreground.
D2.2 will include the requirements, the architecture diagrams and all design documents regarding the platform, the components while it will also define and describe the API interfaces that will be implemented under WP3.
This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Task 1.2 and will provide the high level usage scenarios for the CloudTeams platform, as envisioned by the different user groups and will flesh out the concept.
This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Task 1.1, and will provide a compendium showing the main progress recorded in the domain and best practises that should be taken into consideration for the implementation of the CloudTeams project, recommending also tools, components and mechanisms that should be take under consideration by the technical partners.
Documentation of the evaluation framework and validation methodology, defining the various practices for obtaining feedback from end-users and including a set of test-cases to be executed by the end-users.
After the second phase of the work package, D1.4 will include input from all the tasks to generate an updated version of the CloudTeams concept, a revised version of the ethics framework and new usage scenarios.
This deliverable will consist of a low fidelity, functional mock-up version of the platform that will be delivered for early assessment by the end users.
This deliverable will include the final, fully functional high-fidelity implementation of the CloudTeams platform, which will offer all available features and will be market-ready following a set of extra tests.
This deliverable will consist of a software package of a core platform and its API with corresponding supporting documentation on the deployment of each component and usage of the API. This deliverable includes a partially functional high fidelity software prototype for all roles of users of the MVP connected to a deployed version of platform. The initial interface includes the basic UI/UX for the developers and users of the platform.
This deliverable will be the 3rd release of the platform and will improve the services and functions to be offered by Release 2.00.
This deliverable will provide the Website of the project and will set up all needed Wen 2.0 and social media channels that will be used during the project for communication.
