Delivery of production level software for the AppHub.

1st Project periodic report (opens in new window)

This report covers technical and financial aspects of the project for the first reporting period, including updates of the data management plan (months 1 – 12).

Final community governance report (opens in new window)

This deliverable is a report presenting the activities undertaken to identify and share community governance best practices and to help EU-supported open source projects implement them.

Communication material compilation (Year 1) (opens in new window)

A compilation of the communication material produced by Task 6.2 during year 1.

Ecosystem development at year one (opens in new window)

This deliverable is a report presenting the activities undertaken to (a) recruit projects and assets, (b) to evangelize cloud service providers and users, (c) to extend the platform with complementary resources, and (d) to develop connections and complementarities with oth-er open source community platforms and the results obtained so far.

2nd Operations report (opens in new window)

This deliverable is a report containing information about the AppHub user activity (list of users, templates created), customizations (e.g. cloud providers supported), platform maintenance (upgrades, new features provided) and support operations performed.

Test and quality assurance plan (opens in new window)

This report provides a set of test cases to be performed to validate the effectiveness and usability of the AppHub platform. It also defines a set of software quality indi-cators to be used, e.g., density of documentation, target test coverage (for component interaction), etc.

This deliverable is a report outlining the partner program set up to devel-op the ecosystem, including benefits by category of partners.

Open source management charter template (opens in new window)

This report presents the template for the open source and community management best practices charter to be published by the projects.

Cloud asset lifecycle specification (opens in new window)

This report defines the lifecycle of an asset toward a deployable service component that can be operated within a cloud infrastructure. This repost also provides guidelines for software and service quality derived from the general considerations done in WP4.

Final report on dissemination and communication actions (opens in new window)

This deliverable is the dissemination report for the whole duration of the project.

Data management plan (opens in new window)

This report summarizes what data will be collected by the project, how they will be exploited, curated, preserved, and made available for re-use.

AppHub requirements and architecture, and development plan (opens in new window)

This report documents technical requirements on the AppHub and defines its system architecture (functional components and inter-faces between them). It also provides a development timeline and task assignment that will be used for the subsequent development process.

This deliverable is a short report on the setting-up of the community advisory board.

Exploitation plan (opens in new window)

This report delivered at the end of the project will present the plan for exploiting the project results by each partner. This report will include a detailed roadmap for the exploitation of results by each partner including marketing activities and a three-year business plan.

Report on dissemination and communication actions for year one (opens in new window)

This deliverable will report on all the dissemination and communication activities endeavoured during the period. Such actions include website evolution and statistics, marketing collaterals developed for the project, press releases, event participations, conference presentations, etc.

Data protection and compliance guidelines (opens in new window)

This report details the guidelines shared with the projects in terms of terms of data protection, security and standard compliance.

Initial AppHub platform (opens in new window)

This deliverable consists in the initial AppHub made available to the OC2 project, including the UForge Platform infrastructure installation in production, initial configura-tion and branding as well customization and integration of open source SaaS packages sample templates. This deliverable also includes the integration of Task 2.2 for multiple cloud provider objects to be available and other Beta. It also includes a report on issues encountered during the beta operation phase.
