Dissemination and Impact Plan Year 3

D6.6 : Dissemination and Impact Plan Year 3 [36] We will monitor and report on impact from actions made for disseminating and engagement during the project. For this a Dissemination and Impact plan will be developed to start with. Every 12 month a short monitoring report will be produced and sent to project partners with suggested contingency activities and improvements. This report will also be used to update the actions for dissemination and engagement

We are all OrganiCitizens - Initial

This deliverable provides a strategy on how to engage with the stakeholders and initial results in terms of the early engagement channels community size etc

Usability assessment of first open call

D5.5 : Usability assessment [M25] This report will summarise for the first open call experiences of both experimenters and facility providers and outline recommendations for the improvement of the facility and experimentation processes around it.

Urban data observatory - Comprehensive

This deliverable documents the created urban data observatory in T31 It provides a detailed description of the underlying urban data repository data reputation framework that provides mechanisms that allow the user to better select the appropriate data sets and visual exploration tools that allow easy understanding and use of the tool from the enduser explore and combine the urban data A basic version will be first released in M15 for the basic OrganiCity facility to be provided for the first open call of experiments A comprehensive version released in M24 will cover all envisioned features available in the advanced OrganiCity facility in the second open call

Opportunistic connectivity services and urban data collection

The report documents the work performed in T33 on cocreation of urban connectivity infrastructure It out lines a set of algorithms and protocols designed implemented and tested to enable data to be relayed using direct communications mechanisms and the implementation of the incentivisation mechanism to provide rewards for participating citizens

Tools for service co-creation

The deliverable will provide the specification and the release of the service creation tool that will be tested and validated in the project pilot city clusters It will also introduce a list of evaluation metrics that will be used for the assessment of the tool

This deliverable provides a summary of the activities in the task and as such focuses on the learnings for future activities beyond this project.

OrganiCitizens use cases and OrganiCity Requirements - Initial

The deliverable will provide a prioritised use case portfolio that has been cocreated by the OrganiCitizens and the project partners It will be a comprehensive list of how the OrganiCity facility and tools will be used by the diverse communities with a notion of importance for the different stakeholders In addition the deliverable will provide the insights into at least 10 of the top use cases in terms of enduser functional and non functional requirements

Validation of co-creation enablers and tools - Initial

This report documents the outcomes of the experimental assessment of the performance of different cocreation tools and enablers developed in WP3 under realistic usage conditions It will be made available in M15 ahead of the first open call based on a partial set of cocreation capabilities KPIs and metrics available for the basic experimentation facility

Models for governance and exploitation of co-created urban ICT infrastructure and services

D6.1 Models for governance and exploitation of co-created urban ICT infrastructure and services (M34) This report will provide an overview of different governance and ownership models arising (indirectly, directly) from OrganiCity activity or networks at the conclusion of each year of the project. D6.2 OrganiCity Sustainability plan and activity report (M26, M42) The deliverable is released in 2 stages. In M26 the Sustainability plan will include stakeholder analysis indicating OrganiCity s feasibility and capability to provide values for different stakeholders and and the exploitation potential on a wider scale. The analysis will be made by input from the Open call applicants and other relevant stakeholders and serve as a baseline for exploitation actions and target markets for M25-M42. In M42 the report will include a Sustainability management strategy for OrganiCity longer term exploitation. Tools for crowd-sourcing of data annotations

This deliverable provides a set of tools that simplify knowledge generation from urban data streams in daily life contexts by exploiting advances in autonomous and semisupervised learning algorithms for the crowdsourcing of interesting data labels in a collaborative manner It further provides an underlying knowledge base to capture the growing community contributions

Use case based validation of OrganiCity facility

This report will document the outcomes of a set of use cases based validation of the OrganiCity conducted in T4.3. It is expected that the outcomes will be in the form of co-created urban technology interventions derived from explorative urban studies with selection communities (companies/utilities) and a co-created urban service prototype that contributes to the sustainability of the facility.

Validation of co-creation enablers and tools - Comprehensive

This report continues D4.1 validation process, once the first open call experimentation period has finished. A more comprehensive assessment report will be released, based on the performance of the enablers and tools characterized through the corresponding KPIs and metrics derived from the supported experiments. Besides this, full capabilities of the envisioned WP3 enablers and tools that will be validated, before they will be integrated into the advanced experimental facility.
