Middleware ArchitectureThis report descripes the proposed end-to-end middleware architecture for QoE service provisioning. Task 2.2 provides input to this deliverable.
System RequirementsThis report includes the description of various communication scenarios and current QoS limitations that pose the need for QoE-based service provisioning. Task 2.1 provides input to this deliverable.
QoE management framework and CEM schemesThis report includes the description of the proposed QoE management support framework and examines the applicability of customer experience management schemes on top of this framework. Task 4.1 and Task 4.2 provide input to this deliverable.
QoE monitoring and QoE signalling protocolsThis deliverable deals with the problem of monitoring QoE influence factors both in user and network side, while provides a comprehensive study on signalling protocols for communicating QoE influence factors in the network. Task 3.2 and Task 3.3 provide input to this deliverable.
Market Analysis and Exploitation PlanThis report describes business cases that originated by the technical and scientific achievements of the project, while presents the exploitation plan for each industrial beneficiary. Task 7.3 provides input to this Deliverable.
