Further the document describes the actual main findings of the evaluation in respect to predefined KPIs. Citizen insights will be elaborated in order to showcase success and failure points in the system.

This deliverable represents the first version of Open Service Framework, including the design and implementation of the Building Blocks concepts and the Visual Composer application to be supplied for pilot activities

In addition, the overall architecture of WeLive infrastructure will be re-defined together with its main components including component interfaces, technologies, external APIs and the different sources of data that will be used for feeding the framework. The second version of this deliverable will include a set of requirements to ensure a wider acceptability of the solution, e.g. usability, accountability and ethical aspects.
