A neW concept of pubLic administration based on citizen co-created mobile urban services

This report includes an evaluation plan describing methods for collecting user feedback, and analysing the data. Further the document describes the actual main findings of the evaluation in respect to predefined KPIs. Citizen insights will be elaborated in order to showcase success and failure points in the system.

Engagement plans for the users in all the cities including details about the Ideas and Apps contests to be organized. There will be two versions, one before the first phase of the pilots and another one afterwards.

This deliverable will contain all the Ethics aspects that should be taken into account during the project lifespan and the data protection policy and measures applied in each member of WeLive consortium. This document will be also submitted to the REA on M3 of the project just right after the relevant WPs start and before its submission it requires the approval from the Ethics Committee.

The methodologies and process to achieve high involvement and participation from stakeholders will be defined. This deliverable will pay special attention to the methodologies and criteria to be used for the research participants recruitment including the informed-consent templates.

In addition, the overall architecture of WeLive infrastructure will be re-defined together with its main components including component interfaces, technologies, external APIs and the different sources of data that will be used for feeding the framework. The second version of this deliverable will include a set of requirements to ensure a wider acceptability of the solution, e.g. usability, accountability and ethical aspects.
