Remanufacturing product design toolkit, displayed in a web interface, with a set of generic methods of how to design for remanufacture, backed up by one page case descriptions from the originating case studies in different industry sectors. The detailed files on which the case study ‘one pagers’ are based will be stored in separate folders, where the information can be retrieved and which can be shared to the public on request and with the approval of the company. The toolkit will be delivered by M14.
D6.1.2 European Remanufacturing Website - Updated Version (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable involves designing, commissioning and populating a website to host the outputs of the project and to act as the on-line presence for the Remanufacturing Network. The website will be reviewed and an updated version delivered in M24 (D6.1.2).
D4.6 Remanufacturing Process Toolkit (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Remanufacturing process toolkit, displayed in a web interface, with a set of generic methods of how to set up successful remanufacturing processes, backed up by one page case descriptions from the originating case studies in different industry sectors. The detailed files on which the case study ‘one pagers’ are based will be stored in separate folders, where the information can be retrieved and which can be shared to the public on request and with the approval of the company. The toolkit will be delivered by M12.
D6.1.1 European Remanufacturing Website - Preliminary Version (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable involves designing, commissioning and populating a website to host the outputs of the project and to act as the on-line presence for the Remanufacturing Network. The first version of the website will be delivered in M6 (D6.1.1), with additional content added from the other work packages, as it is generated.
D5.3 On-line learning material (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Open access remanufacturing company focussed learning and skills development materials will be facilitated by the use of a so called Small Private Online Course (SPOC) which will be developed by TUD, with the assistance of UoS, for the project. Given TUD’s current online course experience it could be expected that a total of 1,500 individuals from target remanufacturing companies would register for the series of SPOC courses in the first 18 months of operation. It is anticipated that the SPOC programme will be developed into a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) after the end of the action, giving access to the training for a much wider European and global audience. This MOOC would run beyond the end of the life of this project and would be open and free to all. The use of a SPOC in this project supports the networking, targeted nature of the links with the remanufacturing companies and provides preparation for more effective remanufacturing engagement. The development of the SPOC will be delivered by M18.
Workshops held in three different countries to boost their remanufacturing activities. Reports from these workshops will be written and published on-line in D5.3. These events will have been delivered by M18.
D5.1 Three workshops covering business models, design for remanufacturing and remanufacturing processes (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Targeted seminars and workshops on remanufacturing topics. These topics will be identified through consultation with the network actors and events will be held in different places across Europe to encourage participation from a wide range of actors. Where possible, these events will also involve visits to remanufacturing facilities. At least one of these events will cover aspects of remanufacturing advanced materials. LiU will be the lead partner for organising these events. Reports from these workshops will be written and published on-line in D5.3. These events will have been delivered by M18.
D5.4 European Remanufacturing Council (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The deliverables for this task, which will be led by Oakdene Hollins, will be signing up of 30 organisations to the Council and its inaugural meeting in M21.
