Communication strategy

A coherent communication strategy will be formulated for project activities and project promotion, as well as for promoting Horizon 2020 and the opportunities for researchers in the fields covered by Societal Challenge 6.

SSH opportunities in Horizon 2020 documents

A document listing all funding opportunities with relevance to SSH will be produced every year (after the publication/ update of the Work Programme). The document will include all the dedicated SSH topics as well as topics with substantial SSH aspects.

Report on Embedding SSH monitoring activities

The report will summarise the results of the embedding SSH monitoring activities.

"Fact sheets on “Embedding of SSH throughout Horizon 2020"" and on success stories"

Building on the surveys’ and interviews results, a series of factsheets on success stories will be produced. The aims is to publish at least one factsheet for each Societal Challenge and one per Enabling Industrial Technology. At least one additional factsheet will be published with a focus on Science with and for Society.

First large event

NET4SOCIETY will organise and hold the first of two large events. The aim of the events will be to strengthen and promote the research aspects of Societal Challenge 6 throughout Horizon 2020.

Factsheet(s) on Expert meeting

The results of the expert meetings will be summarised in short factsheets summarising the key information.

Promotion material (project leaflet, poster, Research Directory leaflet)

Promotion material for project activities and Task outcomes such as project leaflet, project poster, Research Directory leaflet and roll up will be elaborated and the design of the layout will be developed.

Report compiling SC6 related policies, programmes and projects for NCPs

This reports will compile the information gathered by the monitoring of the diverse policies, programmes and projects of the European Union that the research of Societal Challenge 6 targets at. These practical support documents with easy-to-digest summaries of the main EU policies shall be produced for the use of NCPs and potential applicants in month 12, 24 and 36.

Second large event

NET4SOCIETY will organise and hold the second of two large events. The aim of the events will be to strengthen and promote the research aspects of Societal Challenge 6 throughout Horizon 2020.
