1st Data Management Plan (opens in new window)A Data Management Plan (DMP) will be prepared, detailing what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. The purpose is to support the data management life cycle for all data that will be collected, processed or generated by the project.
The dissemination pack will include a project website, a newsletter, a video and leaflets.
This deliverable will include the actual development and deployment of the envisioned social media monitoring tool.

Minutes of the 3rd Advisory Board meeting (opens in new window)This will be the third report of the participation of the Advisory Board to the project.

Report on decision-making procedures (opens in new window)This report includes the identification and mapping of procedures followed by public organisations (members of the consortium and other organisations) in decision making, focusing on environmental issues, or on decisions with environmental impact.
Best practice report (opens in new window)This deliverable will be the work-product of a cross-field working group effort to bring environmental policy makers in line with the best practices to reach young people where they already are: in social media and communicate with them in familiar settings.
Definition of STEP pilots and evaluation methodology (opens in new window)The deliverable will establish a detailed pilot plan to guide the effective and successful deployment of STEP in 4 pilot countries and it will also incude the evaluation methodology.
3rd Report on Dissemination activities (opens in new window)This report will include all dissemination activities throughout the whole life time of the project.
Report on youth motivation strategies (opens in new window)The report will include a multichannel marketing approach that leverages inbound marketing techniques, landing pages and website design, online advertising, social media marketing and guidelines for public authorities to build a content bridge from other popular locations (social media and other sites) leading to the participation platform.
1st Report on Dissemination activities (opens in new window)this deliverable will elaborate the dissemination activities that taken place with the aim to raise awareness about the project objectives and activities.
Adaptations to social media monitoring tool (opens in new window)Minor adaptations to the social media monitoring tool will be performed throughout the pilot operation, according to the user feedback.
Final evaluation report (opens in new window)The deliverable will elaborate the final results of the evaluation of the user experience.
Intermediate Evaluation (opens in new window)The evaluation of the user experience will be based on an ‘agile’ approach to inclusive app development This will further provide information on the achievement of the project goals considering also national specificities, user perceptions and future demand.
Guidelines for handling ethical, legal issues, and data protection (opens in new window)A guide for handling ethical, legal issues, and data protection will be released in order to ensure that all users of the platform are fully aware of and understand the relevant legislation and rules as identified in this guideline.

Minutes of 1st Advisory Board meeting (opens in new window)An External Expert Advisory Board will be created with representatives from organisations relevant to youth participation, environment, and policy making. They will participate in workshops, in which they will review the project activities and outcomes, identify the strong/weak points with respect to the objectives of the project and the applications of the results, and provide recommendations. This will be the first report of the participation to the project.
