Periodic Reporting for period 1 - PRIME (PRIME (Push Relevantly to Increase Mobile Engagement))

We have done a detailed feasibility study and commercialisation plan with the work given in the next section.
The strategy and plan that are detailed in this study are based on the following work performed in this Phase 1:

- Conducted a market research
- Estimated the size of opportunity in terms of market size and growth
- Evaluated effectiveness of distribution channels, price and promotion of service
- Contacted with potential partners
- Met with potential partners (customers) in our attendance to Mobile World Congress 2015 and have discussions with them
- Evaluated potential competitors
- Evaluated technological, market, management and financial risks
- Defined the roles and number of people in order to pursue our studies
- Developed work packages, milestones, deliverables and gantt chart.
- Based on the tasks and work packages we estimated budget needs.
- Get a support on IPR from Commission's Coaching program
- Worked with experts in IPO rights in Yildiz Technical University Technology Transfer Office (YTÜ-TTO)
- Searched the patents related with PRIME and evaluated the differences
- Worked on the market replication strategy
- Discussion with venture capital companies
- Defined main objectives, commercial objectives and criteria of success for phase 2.
- Showed the value chain in PRIME business model
- Signed DESCA agreement between two consortium partners

We further worked on the following projections (after the launch of PRIME) and performed the following work:

- Cost and revenue projections
- Profit/loss and balance sheet forecasts
- Investment needs
- Evaluation of different financial resources
- Expected rate of return in five years
- Evaluation of risks after PRIME is launched
- Exit strategy
- Business model with revenue sharing and partnership
- Business plan with income statement, balance sheet and liquidity
- IPR and freedom to operate analysis
- Market penetration strategy
- Market share objectives
Expected final results and benefits for the 4 stakeholders are:

- Mobile users will benefit because they are going to receive Push Notifications (PN) when they are available
- Customer wins by sending PN’s with a better opening rate and creating more revenue
- Partner will up-sell her packages to PRIME and gains an incremental revenue
- PRIME will benefit with a fast market penetration due to smoothies business model
