An offer to other partners in Europe

2.6. An offer to other partners in Europe. As the outcomes and benefits of cross visits become apparent, new case studies will be evaluated paid for by the project owners. This will create a culture of ongoing learning and continuous improvement among all actors. Such participation is welcome in the second part of the project period. It will be a step towards a network that sustains after the project. The deadline is changes because we needed more input to be able to complete this deliverable.

An improved methodological approach

2.4. An improved methodological approach for peer-to-peer cross visits, aimed at exploring innovations at farm level, deriving lessons from successes and failures, inspiring each other and initiating improvements in the existing support system. This method will be made accessible as a manual. The deadline is changed because the cross visits ended in month 19 and we needed the data from all cross visits to complete the delivrable.

An active support network of professionals

2.5. An active support network of professionals. Working together during the Cross Visits will create a good relational basis for a network of professionals who continue to support each other in the execution of their action plans. This support is part of work package 3. The deadline is changed because we needed more input to able to solved this task.

EIP-AGRI dissemination

"The resulting innovative knowledge and easy accessible end-user material from this project should feed into the EIP-AGRI for broad dissemination. The common format to be used for this end-user material contains the characteristics of the project referred to and a short text for practitioners (""practice abstract"") which describes the main information/recommendation/practice that can serve the end-users in their daily practice. Such a ""practice abstract""* is a short summary of around 200 words/1200 characters (word count – no spaces; see below). The web application form to be used is available on the EIP-AGRI web site."

Kick-off meeting minutes

Kick-off meeting to present the project and its work packages to all involved participants; make work plans and go through central administrative procedures. Administrative procedures as central elements included in the project handbook will be presented. Meeting planned and completed with agenda, participants list, minutes and pictures.
