Deliverables

Stakeholders Requirements and Reference Scenarios

This deliverable will document the process of collecting and analyzing the requirements of the various stakeholders, while it will also illustrate the consolidated of requirements. It will also include the reference scenarios of the project. The deliverable will reflect the outcomes of tasks T2.1 and T2.2.

Report on Dissemination and Communication Activities - 8.2-2

This deliverable will report on the dissemination and communication activities of the project. It will be delivered in two iterations and will reflect the activities undertaken as part of tasks T7.1 based on the plan reflected in D8.1.

Business, Technical and Organizational Evaluation

Based on task T7.3 this deliverable will report the results of the business/financial and technical/technological evaluation of the project’s results.

Report on Background Risk Management / Assessment Systems Enhancement

Based on task T4.1, this deliverable will provide a detailed report on the adaptation and realization of enhancements over the background systems of the partners that will be reused for the MITIGATE implementation. An accompanying prototype implementation of these enhancements will be available as well.

Public Final Management Report

This report will be a publishable (public) activity report, covering main aspects of the work, objectives, results and conclusions, including the publishable results of the final plan for using the knowledge and the plan for sustaining the project’s results.

Best Practices for Replicability and Wider Use

This deliverable will reflect the project’s best practices to be produced by task T7.5.

MITIGATE Services Improvements

Based on task T6.4, this deliverable will provide a detailed report on the service improvements realized following feedback received by pilot users.

Evidence-Driven Maritime Supply Chain Risk Assessment Approach

This deliverable will be a report reflecting the outcomes of tasks T2.3 and T2.4. It will specify the project’s g-MSRA approach in terms of stakeholders, models, collaborative workflows and interactions and more. Furthermore, it will include information about the mathematical instruments that will be used and their implementation on the basis of the customization of appropriate tools.

Report on Standards and Regulations Compliance

This deliverable will report on the MITIGATE’s system compliance to various standards (including ISO27001, ISO27005, ISO28000, ISPS and more). The report will provide a basis for the project’s interactions and contribution with/to the NIS platform. The deliverable will reflect the work conducted in task T4.4.

Report on Collaboration with Standardization Bodies, NIS and Other External Groups

This deliverable will be a report on the project’s interactions with the NIS public private platform, as well as with standardization bodies and groups. It will also report on the establishment of external communities around the project’s results, as well as on how these communities where engaged in the project. It will reflect the outcome of tasks T8.2 and T8.5.

Repositories of Empirical Knowledge

This deliverable will correspond to the repositories of simulation scenarios, risk models, assurance models and more. The deliverable will reflect the outcomes of task T7.4.

Evaluation Methodology

This deliverable will detail the evaluation methodology of the project. It will be produced based on task T7.1.

Stakeholders Evaluation

Based on task T7.2 this deliverable will report on the consolidated results from stakeholders’ evaluation.

Report on Dissemination and Communication Activities - 8.2-1

This deliverable will report on the dissemination and communication activities of the project. It will be delivered in two iterations (second is 8.3.2 in M30) and will reflect the activities undertaken as part of tasks T7.1 based on the plan reflected in D8.1.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

This deliverable will be the detailed dissemination and communication plan that will be established in the project (as part of T8.1). This plan will elaborate on the activities listed in Section2 on the basis of concrete dates, activities, target audiences and expected outcomes.

System Architecture and Technical Specifications

This deliverable will reflect the outcomes of task T2.5. It will detailed the architecture of the MITIGATE risk management system, along with the technical specifications that will drive its implementation.
