As main dissemination channel of CODECS, the project website will be launched in month 4. This deliverable comprises the organisational as well as the content-related establishment of the webpage, and the maintenance will be a permanent task during the whole project lifetime. The establishment covers identifying a suitable content management system for the dissemination purposes, contacting and subcontracting a provider, and together with him and in agreement with the project partners conceptualising the design and structure of the website. The provider takes care of the technical implementation while the content is completely provided by the communication manager on behalf of the project consortium. The configuration of the website will be the first ulisitation of the project’s cooperative design. During the project lifetime, the maintenance and updates will be done by the communication manager with technical support by the provider if necessary. After the project has ended, the website will stay online for one further year to disseminate the final project results.
