Optimised and Systematic Energy Management in Electric Vehicles

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Thermally controlled battery subsystem (opens in new window)

Hardware of the thermally controlled battery subsystem available (no report, only demonstrator)

Demonstration of innovative thermal management solutions for electric powertrains (opens in new window)

Innovative cooling concepts for both the electric motor and the inverter will be demonstrated by functional demonstrator. The main risk is that the drivedrain does not fulfil all requirements. In order to avoid this early testing and alternative cooling concepts will be considered.

Electro-thermal energy control and management platform - TEMCU subsystem (opens in new window)
Thermal energy storage subsystem (opens in new window)

The heat storage unit would have a heat capacity of 1,5MJ with a volume of 15L. It could be used for pre-conditionning of the vehicle. The heat to be stored will arise from other subsystems.

OSEM-EV demonstrator vehicle (opens in new window)

Demonstrator vehicle, see description in T6.8 and in more detail in the offer of AVL.

High-power wireless charger subsystem for thermal preconditioning (opens in new window)

As a result of this deliverable a high-power wireless charger will be developed and assembled. This includes the development of the power electronics, the control software as well es the manufacturing process of the coils for both primary and secondary side.

Real-time motor control platform for optimized energy management – VEMCU subsystem (opens in new window)
Development of the heat-pump subsystem using new System-on-Chip (opens in new window)
Project guidelines (opens in new window)

All processes for managing the OSEM-EV project will be captured in written Project Guidelines that are developed, agreed and published during the setup phase of the project.

Third year market trends monitoring report (T7.4)

Final standardization report (T7.3) (opens in new window)

This deliverable contains the final report on standardization report for Task 7.3.

Report on liaison and cooperation with other projects (T8.5) (opens in new window)
Preliminary standardization report (T7.3) (opens in new window)

This deliverable contains the preliminary report on standardization activities.

First year dissemination report (opens in new window)

Report dissemination activities of the consortium and project partners in year one

Third year dissemination report (opens in new window)

Report dissemination activities of the consortium and project partners in year three
