A report detailing the outcomes of the project and its impact. It will be written in a ‘journalistic’ style and aims to communicate the impact of the project to wider stakeholder communities and the general public.

e-Infrastructure Sentinel report

A report on the global “picture” of e-Infrastructures and how developments within our project interoperate with other initiatives worldwide.

Dissemination and Exploitation Plan & Communication Chart

The DEP and CoC will be elaborated in the very early stages of the project to further detail the Sci-GaIA dissemination, exploitation and communication activities

Second Year Events Report

This report will compile the outcomes of the events organised by the project during its second year. It will include proceedings, attendee list, press clippings, and the results of the M&E questionnaire. The reports concerning the Final Conference and the face-to-face User Forum will be included in this deliverable.

Data Management Plan

The planned data management of the project as required by the limited pilot action on open access to research data in Horizon 2020. The Data Management Plan will use the DMP Template as specified in the “Guidelines on Data Management in Horizon 2020”.

e-Infrastructure & Science Gateway Development Guide for NRENs and Communities of Practice

A guide to show (i) how NRENs can set up and support e-Infrastructure services such as Certification Authorities, Identity Federations, Open Access Document & Data Repositories and support for Science Gateway hosting and (ii) how CoPs can set up their own Science Gateways and install software, data, sensor and computing services to serve the needs of their community. This will also provide off-the-shelf educational module with an African context that lecturers and trainers can use to base their own courses on. It will contain recommended reading, lecture content and suggestions for assessment and project work for students. Material will also be tailored for “spot” lectures to show the value of Science Gateways for African CoPs and will be geared to “speak” to African students and interested parties on the value of these technologies to scientific communities.

Science Gateway and e-Infrastructure Service Provision: Update and Sustainability

This document will contain the report of WP3 activities carried out by the various Tasks and the results achieved in the project.

A comprehensive framework for accreditation and pedagogical support process formalization

The participation of communities in the TTA project-driven activities and the accreditation and pedagogical support to be provided to universities requires a set of rules and formalization. A report for the basis for such formalization will be delivered as a comprehensive framework to be used as a template for such activities.
